I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work collaboratively to identify your strengths and build on them, while also addressing any challenges.
I am trained in a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, art therapy, play therapy, and sandplay therapy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
